(2) Hand/Arm Swaying - left side (0:05)
(3) Palm of hand squeezing - left side (0:07)
(4) Massaging the “V” between the thumb and pointer finger - left side (0:08)
(5) Massaging the center of the palm - left side - left side (0:08)
Repeat the above Palm of hand squeezing: (that’s step 3) (0:07)
(6) Rubbing your palms together over each finger - left side (0:22)
(7) Finger pulling - left side (0:19)
